Akash Remesh

Akash Remesh is an affiliate in Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has over five years' experience of working in Oman in various fields such as accounting, internal audit, external audit, consultancy, corporate tax and value added tax.

Prior to joining BDO he has worked in multiple industries and has a very diversified skill and knowledge in accounting, corporate tax and value added tax (VAT) related matters.

He has effectively led VAT implementation across various industries in Oman, successfully supporting companies in achieving a smooth and compliant transition to the new VAT regime.

Additionally, he has gained substantial experience in setting up accounting systems for newly established businesses
